- Coordinate quality control management
- Provide and/or coordinate inspections and testing
- Administer the Commissioning Plan
- Establish cost control and accounting systems
- Determine cost breakdown and cash flow projections
- Review and make recommendations on monthly payment requests
- Establish and maintain project reporting systems
- Review and evaluate proposals for time and cost
- Make recommendations to owner on contractual decisions and directions
- Maintain "punch list" during construction
