Bringing 9 years of experience in the construction industry, Joseph R. Bailey joins J. Vinton Schafer & Sons, Inc. as a project manager for construction management services. Most recently, Mr. Bailey served as Senior Project Manager on the largest project completed by Johns Hopkins Hospital in over 10 years - the Mixed-use Building and South of Orleans Parking Garage projects. He will begin working on pre-construction services for various projects.
Schafer also welcomes Satina Heard as our newest Assistant Project Manager. She joins us with over 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Ms. Heard began working on the new construction of the 266,136 square foot Patterson Mill Middle High School in Harford County .
