With over 3 high schools listed in Newsweek's, “100 Top High Schools in America,” and recognized for the second time as the school system with all high schools listed in top 1% of the nation, the Arlington Public School District has every reason to be proud of its system. Coupled with J. Vinton Schafer & Sons, Inc., Arlington Public Schools (APS) will work to continue to create the best learning environment for the students and the best teaching environment for the teachers and staff. APS will provide a program and a plan to upgrade, modernize, and build additions and new construction for educational facilities to enhance and strengthen each school.
