J. Vinton Schafer & Sons, Inc. completed the preconstruction and construction services for a new training center and dormitories. The new buildings are comprised of approximately 114,000 square feet and related site work on an 11-acre site. The new dormitory is a 48,000 square foot, 3-story building consisting of dormitory rooms, recreation areas, dining and food service areas, restrooms, and other related type rooms. The new training center is a 66,000 square foot building to include training areas, classrooms, and administrative areas. This project is LEED Certified. |
