| Overview: |
Since the existing 10-story brick facade had failed in numerous
areas, the entire exterior "skin" had to be removed,
reinforced and reconstructed. New structural relief systems
for the masonry, new masonry cavity wall and window system
were installed in an accelerated 5 1/2 month period.
