Construction management services for this 48,000 square foot project which consisted of a new 15,000 square foot, 2-level, facility containing a multi-purpose area on the lower level and a gymnasium on the upper level. A new 10,000 square foot, 3-level, link was built to connect the church and the school. A new 17,000 square foot, 2nd level addition was built above the existing school, followed by 6,000 square feet of renovations to the lower level. The newly renovated facility now houses 370 students. All work was accomplished while the church and school remained occupied and fully operational.
