Professional construction management at-risk services for the 75,482 gross square foot new Catonsville Campus Learning Resource Center. The facility serves as a general purpose academic library, designed to accommodate large library collections, 500 study spaces, 7 classrooms, a student success center, cyber cafe, staff offices and various auxiliary functions. Located on the Catonsville grounds, the building was designed to be integrated into the fabric of the main campus infrastructure and aesthetics. The project included all site-work and utilities and has a LEED Silver Goal.
