This project consisted of construction management services for the new 663 student, 75,497 square foot, elementary school. Work included a guidance center, administration areas, an athletic office with gymnasium, a media center, cafeteria and auditorium space, classrooms equipped with restrooms and coatrooms, and all other necessary elements of a school facility.

Also included in this project were athletic fields and an 1,800 foot long access road. The access road included a two lane, 117 foot long, single span, girder bridge with a sidewalk. The unique site conditions made it necessary to build the bridge over the stream in order to access the site and successfully complete this project on time for the 2003 school year.
