This project consisted of construction management services for the new 75,497 square foot elementary school. The school houses 663 pre-school, kindergarten, and elementary level students. The school includes the guidance center & administration areas, athletic office with gymnasium, media center, cafeteria and auditorium space, classrooms equipped with restrooms and coatrooms, and all other necessary elements of a school facility.

As a part of this project, there were athletic fields and an 1,800 foot long access road including the 117 foot long single span girder bridge consisting of two lanes with a sidewalk. The unique site conditions made it necessary to build the bridge over the stream in order to access the site and successfully complete this project on time for the 2003 school year.
