This addition and renovation project consisted of a 14,000 square foot, 200 student addition, which included classroom additions, guidance center and administration area additions, and a 20,000 square foot renovation throughout the existing school. The project was a three phase project. Phase I included the classroom additions, administration and guidance additions, athletic office renovations, and the HVAC upgrades. All Phase I work was performed simultaneously. Phase II and Phase III consisted of renovations to existing classrooms, the fit-out of a new computer lab area, and cosmetic and aesthetic adjustments to the main entrance of the school. There was a new storm water management system added and the installation of a new sprinkler system while the school was occupied.
