This addition and renovation project consisted of a 200 student, 14,000 square foot addition, which included classrooms, a guidance center and administration area additions. The three phased project also included a 20,000 square foot renovation throughout the existing school. Phase I included the classroom additions, administration and guidance additions, athletic office renovations, and the HVAC upgrades; all Phase I work was performed simultaneously. Phase II and Phase III consisted of renovations to existing classrooms, the fit-out of a new computer lab area, and cosmetic and aesthetic adjustments to the main entrance of the school. The new storm water management system and a new sprinkler system were added while the school was occupied.
