Pressed by growing student enrollment, Anne Arundel Community College required a phased addition and renovation of their existing science building. It was a 24,000 square foot addition and renovation project that was dedicated for science labs and classrooms. New classroom and office addition work began during the summer semester while the entire building was unoccupied. New classrooms were completed and opened in time for the fall semester. Work on the new offices and renovations proceeded while the building was in full use. The overall project was completed months ahead of the contractual completion date.
