Arlington County Public Schools has selected J. Vinton Schafer as the construction manager for various on-call projects from 2009-2012.

The Community College of Baltimore County has selected J. Vinton Schafer as the construction manager for the preconstruction and construction services for the Catonsville Campus New Library Building.

University of Maryland College Park has selected J. Vinton Schafer as the construction manager for the preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of 2 sorority houses on the main UMCP campus.

Tourism Council of Frederick County has selected J. Vinton Schafer as the construction manager for the New Visitors Center Renovations. Construction is set to begin late August 2009 and end late August 2010.
